We are very happy to welcome you to the Embassy of the Republic of Macedonia Internet site. Our site intends to put the Embassy at your service and to introduce the Republic of Macedoniato you, our world wide friends.    
The Republic of Macedonia and Canada established diplomatic relations on July 4th, 1996, and the Embassy of the Republic of Macedonia was opened in Ottawa on June 4th, 1997. Shortly afterwards, the Consulate General was opened in Toronto on September 1st, 1997.

Our diplomatic missions in Canada are engaged in developing relations and cooperation between the Republic of Macedonia and Canada, in all areas of common interest, especially in the development of political cooperation, economic relations, and in the fields of science, culture, education and others.
