The Nexus Initiative is a boutique Executive Coaching and Business Advisory firm based on real-world operating experience. It focuses on leadership development, business effectiveness, and emotional intelligence.
The Nexus Initiative was founded by Kenton Epard, an energetic, curious, and authentic leader with nearly thirty years of wide-ranging and rewarding career experience. He has worked in many businesses, from fast-paced technology startups in Silicon Valley to Fortune 500 companies to family-owned businesses. Kenton has known great successes and failures in all aspects of my life, and he believes grit and willingness to (non-defensively) learn from our mistakes and failures are two essentials to success.
Kenton holds a Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University in Electrical Engineering (Cum Laude) and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
He is a Certified Executive Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. He has been a founder, co-founder, operator, and entrepreneur and has been involved in very successful financial exits and difficult corporate wind-downs.
